Just for better understanding we will name the Exployee with access to the mailbox User1 and the Mailbox owner User 2.

The User1 has the permission (set on Exchange) to edit mails and send them in the name of the other employee (User2).

As it seems is, that the User1 lost connection to the Mailbox from User2 like a month ago. Because everything until july is still there.

But as I looked in the folder from User2 (before i moved it), the mails from the last month weren't there.

I switched back to User1s account to check and he had the mails in the mailbox from User2.

Switched back moved the Folder and switched to User1, where the mails went in the Outlook nirvana.

I moved it as the actual owner. But it was empty for the Owner (user2). Only user1 could see the mails from the last month.

I have exported a list of blocked senders from each Outlook installation. The lists came out as txt files. Now I want to merge all these lists into one unique list containing all entries of each of the origin lists, but no dublettes. That's the challenge.
It's a private issue of private users of private copies of Outlook.
Imagine, they want to share their black lists in order to use all the same black list.

<br />it looks like your suggestion has worked. It did however not solve the3 problem of my lost Outlook 2016 account, but via Outlook.com by Browser, I can get my mails from my yahoo mail, with all my existing folders and rules.

I checked the recovery folder and there is nothing but some old mails from 2016.

I tried this also a dozen times to no avail.
<br />Also I have access to not just this one Microsoft Mail account and all the other are working just fine but only my main account isn't.
<br />So I can also exclude that this is a problem related to any of my devices.
<br />As this "testconnectivity.microsoft.com" thingy also works with every of my other acounts but not with my main account let me come to the conclusion that the error is on the server side.
<br />Edit: For the desktop Application "Outlook" it is working fine. But that's not my problem, my Problem is everything else like the "GMail Android" App and even "Microsoft Windows Mail" will not work.
