Previously deleted Notebooks that still exist locally can not be synced

I usually take notes in OneNote for Windows 10 on my laptop but I have previously deleted some of the notebooks in OneDrive to free up some space. Those notebooks still exist locally on my laptop though. Now I would like to export these notebooks and as I can't do that with OneNote for Windows 10 I tried to sync them to OneDrive again and also contacted support but they were not able to help me and suggested to contact OneDrive support. But when I try to sync them again I just get the error that the files might have been moved or deleted which they were. Is there a way to upload them to On

In an inPrivate/incognito window, go to
https://onenote.com, access with your personal account, open a notebook, then in the ribbon bar, click on Open in App in order to sync with your PC, if doesn't sync, could be that the notebook is to large.

By other hand, If that notebook is really large, you can sync it with Onenote 2016, I have synced large notebooks with that version and works fine.

So, if you want, you can download Onenote 2016 version from below link, Microsoft still support that version:

Unfortunately there is no option to filter who can try to log into the account. That option simply does not exist.

You may want to consider enabling 2 factor authentication if it is not already.

das funktioniert leider nicht.

Meine Notizbücher sind alle online erreichbar. Ich verwende einen beruflichen Windows-Rechner, mit dem ich die Notizbücher auch problemlos öffnen, bearbeiten und synchronisieren kann.

Sobald ich versuche die Notizbücher mit OneNote for Mac zu öffnen, erhalte ich diese Meldung "Sorry, we couldn’t open the notes that you were looking for. OneNote may still be syncing them, you may not have permission to open them or they may have been moved
or deleted."

In OneNote selbst kann ich auch keines meiner Notizbücher sehen und öffnen. Obwohl ich OneDrive nutze und in beiden Anwendungen angemeldet bin, erkennt OneNote meine Notizbücher in OneDrive nicht.
