Provision Office 365 users (active users) to mobile devices as contacts

Hi there,

what's the best approach to provision all active O365 users to mobile devices (iPhone) as contacts. I tried the following appoaches, but no luck:

1. Add new Exchange Account to iPhone. Users show up if I search for them, but they are not inserted into the phone's contacts, thus caller still shows as number.

2. Install Outlook App on iPhone, which only syncs Outlook contacts, but no active Users in there, just my empty contacts list. Sure, I could copy all active users from GAL to my contact list, but I need to keep that up to date all the time, for all users, which is not a solution.

3. Use Dynamics CRM as synchronozation method, which makes it necessary to store the users as contacts in Dynamics. Update an active user in O365 Admin Center is not reflected there.

Slowly I'm running out of Options. What solution would make it possible, to sync the users which are managed in the O365 Admin Center?

 I still have two comprehension questions about this:
 
 - Does the statement about assigning an Exchange Online Plan 1 licence apply to both accounts listed? So once for the "shared mailbox with login option" (due to the desired "active use") and once for the "service user" for the provision of contacts? Background to the question: As far as I know, no contact data can be transferred from a shared mailbox. Is this still the case?
 - Do I understand correctly that if, for example, the Outlook app or other Office apps are to be made available to this "user" via the above-mentioned "shared mailbox with login option" on the iOS device, a higher licence, such as an F3 licence, would have to be issued instead of the EXO P1? Or would this only be necessary if the user was permanently logged into all services? Alternatively, all users have a licensed F3 account (incl. Office apps) with which they can log on and off as needed.

Well this is more device-related and Excel for Android is supposed to be used on Android devices including tablets and phones as well.

I know this sometimes causes inconvenience for some users.

Danach gehe so vor wie du es auch gemacht hast.

Die Office 365 Lizenzen werden monatlich, oder jährlich bestellt
und man kann momentan keine End-Datum definieren. Du kannst gern deine Verbesserungsidee im UserVoice präsentieren.
Da sind bereits 2 ähnliche Ideen hier und hier,
wo man noch gern zustimmen und kommentieren kann.

Sonst sehe bitte diesen
