    We're experiencing problems enrolling MacOS devices with PSSO extension enabled using Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune. The enrolment process itself works fine. However, when it comes to enabling the PSSO extension, we've hit a roadblock. After registering and downloading the enterprise portal application, we're getting notifications from the enterprise portal application saying "Authentication Required - Please sign in to Microsoft Entra". When we follow the notification and provide the credentials of a valid and licensed user, we get the error "Configuration Error - Your password

    Die Office 365 Benutzer melden sich mit ihren Anmeldedaten fürs Office Portal.



    Ist mit "firmenspezifischen Server" einen lokalen SharePoint Server gemeint? Wenn ja, dann geht es um eine Funktionalitätseinschränkung der App.



    In der Beschreibung der App steht: "For you to sign in to OneDrive for Business, your organization needs to have a qualifying SharePoint Online or Office 365 business subscription plan. You can't sign in with an account from an on-premises directory."

    More info: While we're focused on remediation, users that have access to other protocols such as Outlook on the web or mobile devices can access their email without issue. Additionally, customers who are able to use Modern Authentication may enable it to mitigate

    Current status: We've developed a fix and we're performing extensive validation to confirm that it'll resolve the issue. We expect to begin deployment of the fix within the next 14 hours.

    Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user that has service-based search or Focused Inbox. Additionally, this issue only affects users that are attempting to connect to their Outlook Desktop clients via basic authentication.

    Root cause: A recent update to the Exchange Online service contains a code issue that is causing repeated credential prompts for basic authentication users.

    I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

    Have you tried resetting the excel app? Kindly try these steps: Close all the Office apps and go to iPad Settings. Find Excel and then select Reset Excel. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials. Start one of your Office for iPad apps, sign back in using your Microsoft account and check if the issue has been fixed. Let me know if this works.

    Not able to activate microsoft 365 purchased with the new lenovo laptop with windows 11 home

    I didnot install office on my laptop. It had come with preinstalled office 365 apps.
    I received the purchase confirmation from lenovo germany on my gmail id (which is actually from India)
    I have actually used the student discount while purchaseing the laptop using my university email id to get discount and while billing I gave my indian gmail id.
    I am using the same indian gmail id for logging in to my microsoft account for activating the office on my laptop. I also tried asking for help on lenovo support but they say to ask microsoft support to give product key or activation help. I also asked microsoft but I get no response.
