Quickinfos not showing on mac

On my mac when I use powerpoint everyone has this menu when the are over a feature it says below what its called. I think its called Quickinfos and I dont have this. Ive tried reinstalling going through all the settings removing office downloading it again... It never works!

Kann es sein, dass das Dokument leer ist? Anscheinend ähnelt dein Problem dem auf der folgenden Seite:

Word 2016 - Header/Footer not showing on blank document . Probiere die Lösung von John aus und gebe uns Bescheid, ob dir das geholfen hat.

Hallo Hein,

nur für Einträge in der Normal.dotm werden QuickInfos angezeigt. Alle anderen können nach Eingabe der/des ersten Zeichen/s und Drücken der Taste F3 eingefügt werden.

Möglicherweise besteht auch folgendes Problem (AutoComplete tips are not displayed in Word 2007 or in Word 2010):
