RDP will only take up one screen, regardless of settings

A client of mine has a RDP-connection to a terminal server.According to the terminal server provider, the terminal supports connections displaying up to 4 screens.However, the connection will always only take up one screen.If you set the check for "Use all my monitors", the connection will only take up one and the next time you start it, the checkmark will be gone.If you open the saved connection with Notepad and set the "use multimon" to 1, that doesnt get reset, but the connection will still only start with one screen.I tried updating the graphics drivers, but that didn't change anything eit
