Reactivation of my Microsoft account

There appears no other account then my hotmail-account. There is nothing else.
<br />The App section just leads to the settings of my microsoft account in my browser. There I already searched unsuccesfull.

It really depends on how you setup the security of your Microsoft account.

If you assign Microsoft Authenticator or alternative email address then you can get the code thru this way.

If not, you really need your phone to verify your account.

Either way filling the recovery form is the way to recover your account. In my experienced, it took me around 5-7 tries before I recovered my account.

Microsoft recommend following the steps in this order to assist you with resetting your Microsoft account password.

I tried this also a dozen times to no avail.
<br />Also I have access to not just this one Microsoft Mail account and all the other are working just fine but only my main account isn't.
<br />So I can also exclude that this is a problem related to any of my devices.
<br />As this "testconnectivity.microsoft.com" thingy also works with every of my other acounts but not with my main account let me come to the conclusion that the error is on the server side.
<br />Edit: For the desktop Application "Outlook" it is working fine. But that's not my problem, my Problem is everything else like the "GMail Android" App and even "Microsoft Windows Mail" will not work.

Hi Jamie, I have had normal access to my account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** until today when my side opens up as thea shaws account. we both are registered with outlook but with different adresses.

I open my account though an icon, but as of today theas account opnes up??

<br />I try to place my problem in english.
<br />My admin account of our NGO Office365 plan was secured by 2factor authentification with my mobile phone.
<br />I can't use the phone anymore and changed from Android to iOS.
<br />So it is not possible to use a backup of the Microsoft Authentificator App.
<br />Normaly there is also the method of using a SMS code or a phone call to the mobile number.
<br />But not in my case, the only methods are with the Authentificator App.
<br />My mobile phone is stored in my account, but who can help to active the method with SMS oder phone?
<br />There is a possibility to reset password with SMS or phone, this still works, but I know my password, the only problem is the missing link in my Authentificator App.
