Recommendation for restructuring enviroment

Hi Community, not sure if this is the right place to ask this questions, but I hope someone can at least give me some hints. My parents run a small company with 5 employees in total. Currently we run almost everything on prem, but the efford and costs are quite high and I want to change that until the end of year, by moving completly to the cloud. Current setupC Server 2016 with User, Client and GPO ManagmentFile Server 2016 with arround 1 TB of Data could be reducedBusiness Application with MSSQL Server 2014Limited VPN access through RAS for managmentOutlook/Exchange

Hello,
Thanks for your answer. That's a little unfortunate. Would be a great addition to the Office Suite in my opinion. I feel like we need more advanced data management tools. However, Do you know if there is an API or something similar to access the compression features that are native to PowerPoint. All the Third Party Tools seem to just work for compressing images, but not Videos.

And also, do you have a recommendation for a Tool for the PowerPoint compression?

<br />I have tried this but can't seem to find entries like "Microsoft Office Identities Cache 2".

vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.

Ein Problem im Word, Excel und PowerPoint wurde mit dem Update von 17. Januar 2023 - Version 16.69.1 (Build 23011600) beseitigt.

Behebt ein Problem, das dazu führen kann, dass die Anwendung unerwartet geschlossen wird, wenn auf eine Menüleiste oder ein Andockmenü geklickt wird.
