REF-Fields do not Update only on one Colleagues PC

I designed a form for my team to use that makes use of an XML-File to fill in information in various places of the document as well as REF-fields that display specific strings of text based on one input mostly drop-downs. The 'XML-fileds" update perfectly fine on their own, the "REF-fields" need to be updated manually. This all works fine for all of my team except one member's PC, that will not update the manual fieds while the XML-fieds work for him. The fields are not locked and he never changed anything in the settings of word.I would be greatful for any advice on how to make the form w

You can't do that on a Mac, only on a Windows PC.

Hi Sneha,
thanks for your fast response.
Unfortunately I do not work on an installed version of forms.
I work on the browser-solution via Chrome.
Here I can't find any option to update my version -> guess it should be the latest one anyway?
Also I do not see anything about branching in the settings of my form.

Hi Daniel,

Sways only exist in the Sway domain. The closest you can get is embedding one on the page of your choice, but I know that's not exactly what you're asking for.

The links you posted for somebody with a similar problem in Australia do not help either.

Microsoft is not able to help via phone nor email and its perhaps only a minor change in the regional settings that has to be performed even via a step by step menu that somebody could post here...
