my second email got blocked maybe due to not using it a lot. im using it for a playstation account.now i cant access it anymore and the authentification number and email are not in use anymore so im not abel to unlock the account anymore

Please resetting Microsoft OneDrive can sometimes resolve sync issues and resets all OneDrive settings. OneDrive will perform full sync after the reset.

You won't lose any data by resetting or uninstalling OneDrive.

ich heiße Jan und bin ein unabhängiger Berater.

Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Wartezeit von 30 Tagen zu verkürzen, da nur so der Accountinhaber, falls der Prozess von einem Dritten angestoßen wird, die Möglichkeit hat rechtzeitig zu reagieren und sein Konto zu schützen.

Sollte Ihr Handy allerdings wieder auftauchen, können Sie den angestoßenen Prozess jederzeit wieder abbrechen.

Have you tried resetting the excel app? Kindly try these steps: Close all the Office apps and go to iPad Settings. Find Excel and then select Reset Excel. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials. Start one of your Office for iPad apps, sign back in using your Microsoft account and check if the issue has been fixed. Let me know if this works.

It really depends on how you setup the security of your Microsoft account.

If you assign Microsoft Authenticator or alternative email address then you can get the code thru this way.

If not, you really need your phone to verify your account.

Either way filling the recovery form is the way to recover your account. In my experienced, it took me around 5-7 tries before I recovered my account.

Microsoft recommend following the steps in this order to assist you with resetting your Microsoft account password.
