Resetting the Authenticator Config.

Hello Commuinity,we have a problem with logging in using two-factor authentication via the Authenticator app. The phone on which the Authenticator app originally ran had to be reset, and there was no cloud backup.There is also no active alternative besides the Authenticator app for verifying the login.This means that even when setting up the Authenticator app, two-factor authentication via the Authenticator is required, and we do not have access to the account.We need support for resetting the MFA.Kindly regards,Sven

Please try resetting the OneDrive app as described in the following article and try again:

Please resetting Microsoft OneDrive can sometimes resolve sync issues and resets all OneDrive settings. OneDrive will perform full sync after the reset.

You won't lose any data by resetting or uninstalling OneDrive.

Guten Morgen Galin,
 sorry this was super stupid.. I did not knew that Groove was the previous version of One Drive for Business - so I excluded it from the install, while creating the Config using the OCT.
 I removed it from excluded Apps and now it is installed.

vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.

Man kann diese Anleitung folgen, um einen Backup zu machen und dann auf dem neuen Handy ihre Kontoanmeldeinformationen wiederherzustellen.

Wende dich bitte an deinem Admin, sodass MFA für dich deaktiviert werden kann, um den Microsoft Authenticator app erneut einzurichten.

Have you tried resetting the excel app? Kindly try these steps: Close all the Office apps and go to iPad Settings. Find Excel and then select Reset Excel. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials. Start one of your Office for iPad apps, sign back in using your Microsoft account and check if the issue has been fixed. Let me know if this works.
