Setup Exchange 365 email in Microsoft Outlook 2016

Hello everyone,it does all work perfectly with current versions of Outlook, but with older Outlook 2016 my Exchange 365 server bought directly from Microsoft does not install automatically. And for a manual install my knowledge is not large enough. Do you have any idea what I need to do exactly?ThanksMatthias

Ich habe nichts mit Exchange zu tun. Ich habe ein einfaches Office 365 Abo und darin Outlook 2016, bei dem durch das gestrigen Update meine Email-Regeln nicht mehr angezeigt werden (aber wohl noch aktiv sind).

"Send Email with delay" ist eine Funktionalität vom Mail Client (Outlook 2016) und keine Exchange Server Funktion. Deshalb sind die Kollegen von Outlook 2016 Community die richtigen Ansprechpartner für Dich.

POP und IMAP Konten werden in der Office 365 Business Community auch nicht betreut.

"Send Email with delay" is a function of your mail client (Outlook 2016) not an Exchange Server function. Therefore are the colleagues from Outlook 2016 Community right contact persons for you.

POP and IMAP accounts are not supported in the Office 365 Business Community.

Dies betrift Outlook 2016, alle Update sind installiert, verbunden über Exchange- Verbindung und es betrifft das Office 365 Exchange Online Konto und es sind die Emails aus den Verbunden Konto´s die Online schon zu sehen sind.

Hallo Doori,

outlook.de kann in Outlook 2016 nur via Exchange ActiveSync eingerichtet werden. Für Microsoft Exchange benötigt man ein Office 365 Konto (von den Business-Versionen von Office 365) oder ein anderes Exchange-basiertes Konto (gibt es z.B. von 1und1).

ich möchte auf mehreren Rechnern verschiedene Email Konten mit Office 365, also Outlook 2016, bearbeiten und synchronisieren können (am Besten vollautomatisch). Alle Rechner haben Outlok 2016 und bei den Email-Konten handelt es sich z.B. um gmx, yahoo, web
usw...

Wichtig wäre mir, dass eine beantwortete Mail auch auf den anderen Endgeräten zu finden ist (d.h. volle Synchronisation von Email Eingang und Ausgang). Auch die Ordner-Struktur (von den Mails) sollte, wenn möglich, synchronisiert werden.

Ist diese Funktionalität mit Office 365 (Privatanwender) machbar? Ohne extra Microsoft Exchange Server oder Outlook.com?

Wenn du diese Email Konten als IMAP einrichtest, werden deine Emails automatisch synchronisiert.

Solltest du weitere Fragen haben, sind wir selbstverständlich für dich da.
