Shared Mailbox - prevent Messages to be deleted

Danke für die Information, aber leider hast du meine Fragen nicht vollständig beantwortet.



Funktioniert das bei allen freigegebenen Postfächern und Benutzer nicht oder nur bei einige?



Bitte teile mir die genaue die Version, Buildnummer von Outlook 2013 / 2019 und Produktnamen von Office mit. Siehe "Informationen
zu Office: Welche Version von Office verwende ich?".



Bitte erstelle in Outlook 2013 ein
neues Outlook Profil um zu testen (das alte Profil nicht löschen), ob die Archive dort angezeigt werden. Warte einige Stunden ab, damit die freigegebenen Postfächer und Archive automatisch eingerichtet werden.



Bitte beachte Folgendes:



"You must assign the shared mailbox to either an Exchange Online Plan 1 plus Exchange Online Archiving subscription, or to an Exchange Online Plan 2 subscription in order to enable In-Place Archive. A shared mailbox can’t be used
to archive email for an organization, except for those messages that are sent from the shared mailbox or received by the shared mailbox.

An In-Place Archive can only be used to archive mail for a single user or entity for which a license has been applied. Using an In-Place Archive as a means to store mail from multiple users or entities is prohibited. For example, IT administrators
cannot create shared mailboxes and have users copy (via CC or Transport rule) a shared mailbox for the explicit purpose of archiving."

<br />I still have two comprehension questions about this:

<br />- Does the statement about assigning an Exchange Online Plan 1 licence apply to both accounts listed? So once for the "shared mailbox with login option" (due to the desired "active use") and once for the "service user" for the provision of contacts? Background to the question: As far as I know, no contact data can be transferred from a shared mailbox. Is this still the case?
<br />- Do I understand correctly that if, for example, the Outlook app or other Office apps are to be made available to this "user" via the above-mentioned "shared mailbox with login option" on the iOS device, a higher licence, such as an F3 licence, would have to be issued instead of the EXO P1? Or would this only be necessary if the user was permanently logged into all services? Alternatively, all users have a licensed F3 account (incl. Office apps) with which they can log on and off as needed.

Looks like UI error. Have you tried creating the rules via PowerShell? You can use the New-InboxRule cmdlet: technet.microsoft.com/.../dd335170(v=exchg.150).aspx

You can also create them via Outlook, by configuring the shared mailbox as additional account. If you need help with doing that, follow these steps: www.michev.info/.../How-to-add-a-shared-mailbox-as-additional-account-in-Outlook

From our side we tried to do it from our side but we need 1 of the shared mailbox users credentials to be able to apply the rule.

Here example for the PS command: new-inboxrule -name "Spam Move" -mailbox "ctobio" -MoveToFolder 'Junk E-Mail' -SubjectContainsWords "[Spam:" -StopProcessingRules $true

UI Lösung:

If you get "The Store ID provided isn't an ID of an item." when making a rule or autoreply on a shared mailbox in the outlook web interface (OWA) then you must scroll down to the choice Options -> OTHER and choose "Go to the earlier version" to make and
edit your rules and autoreply settings.

The updated user interface has a bug that saves your rules under your personal account and not the shared mailbox you have opened. The Store ID of the object (mailbox folder) is not valid on your personal account resulting in the error. If you made a rule
with something valid for your personal account like set the message as read, or change the category then it would have saved without the error but you will find it saves it in your personal account and not the shared mailbox so it actually will not work as
intended.

30 days if it isn't recovered. "

Welchen Zeitpunkt meinst Du?



"Making a mailbox inactive involves two steps: placing the mailbox on In-Place Hold or Litigation Hold, and then deleting the mailbox or corresponding Office 365 user account. After the mailbox is inactive, its contents are preserved until the hold is removed."
