Streamlining the Process for AZ-900 Certification in Our Cloud Computing Curriculum

und wo soll ich es dort reintun? mir sagen die begriffe nichts und das Produkt "exchange online" gibt es scheinbar nicht als kategorie. Das einzige, was passen würde ist Cloud Computing > "office 365", oder? DAs ist aber mit einem Schloss versehen.
Ist die Frage so abartig für hier?

Hi zusammen,

ich habe mich jetzt 4 Monate mit dem Microsoft Support auseinander gesetzt und wurde sogar bis zum level 3 Support weitergeleitet. Ich habe immernoch das Problem, dass ich meinen Freenet Account nicht zu meinem Outlook Online Account hinzufügen kann. Bei
der Option "Verknüpfte Konten" > "hinzufügen" kriege ich stets eine Fehlermeldung. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Microsoft Support hat mir keine Lösung gebracht, aber vielleicht hilft die "Root Cause" Begründung des Support Engineers jemanden anderem:

"We have many customers facing this issue with Freenet.de After all the analysis and investigation we have done on this case. We were able to find out the root cause.

It is found that freenet.de is blocking IMAP connectivity from some of our servers. It'd be nice to get our IP ranges whitelisted. The action needs to be taken from freenet.de side where they need to unblock the IMAP connectivity for our servers."

Als Lösung wurde mir vorgeschlagen:

"In order to resolve the issue, you would have to contact freenet.de support team and ask them to whitelist our IP and unblock the IMAP connectivity for our server."

... joar -> weiß jemand, wie die "IP ranges" von den Outlook servern sind ?!?!?!?

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht, dass man hier als User so hängen gelassen wird. Wahrscheinlich wäre es eine 5zeilige Email, die zwischen zwei Experten von Outlook und Freenet ausgetauscht werden müssten und die wissen, über was sie reden und das Problem wäre
gelöst!

Er bekam folgende Antwort:

In der Outlook Web App in Office 365 sieht man den Ordner "Postausgang" auch nicht.
