A few months ago, I took a one-month trial period and then I accepted that almost €8 would be deducted from my account. I primarily subscribed to use Word. I have never used Microsoft 365 and every month I get charged. I want to give up now and cancel Subscription, but I see absolutely no option for that anywhere. I don't even see anywhere that I took that first month for free and that now money is constantly being deducted from my account. I need help to finally cancel this. I read everything it says, but I don't have any of it. Is there a possibility for you to do it for me or at least tell

Thanks for you response. In your first message, you mentioned you purchased two subscriptions. If you purchased two subscriptions of the same type, (for example, two Microsoft 365 personal), the subscription will not work separately. What happens is, your subscription will be added to accumulate for the number it was purchased. If you bought two yearly subscriptions, one will not end before the other. Both subscriptions will be cumulated to run for two years.
 Can you confirm when the subscription was purchased and how many of the orders says "redeemed" in your account?
