Suggested Files and Mails in Calender entry

This Microsoft account / Outlook account thing is really confusing.

I do use the very same non-outlook e-mail Address to login into my Microsoft account, Office 365 and outlook.com. And it is shown as alias account already.. It also shows a cryptic outlook-lots of numbers- account which is probably the underlying MS account. But I have never used that, or have login infos for it and actually I have no idea what's it about.. It's extremely confusing and so much more complicated than ANY other software solution/company/digital services I know of so far. Normally you register with a given e-mail account, choose password and that's it.

Ok, what happens when you use this outlook.com calender option and have calender saved there and you are offline, because there is no internet connection? Will outlook still show the last calender, or will it simply say it can't access the calender on outlook.com without internet?! That's one of the reasons why I personally insist of working from a local installed software instead of online service only. Sometimes I have to work/access my data offline.

It's a Samsung S10 Android based phone. I'll take a look at the suggested tool, thx!

hopefully the last question regarding this:

I added the outlook.com address now to outlook.com, the phone app and outlook desktop.
I changed calender view into a list.
but I don't yet have an outlook.com calender - just my old existing one.
How to add/create the outlook.com calender to move the calender there?
And if I move it to the outlook.com calender I can access them via outlook.com/phone, but I am still not sure what happens when I add stuff to the new outlook.com calender in my outlook desktop client when I don't have internet access. Or, as pointed out earlier, can I access the then outlook.com calender in my office desktop client without internet connection? So dos outlook desktop hold a copy of the calender locally in the pst file?

<br />Sorry I missed to answer the qusetion regarding IMPA, yes 1 e-mail was an Microsoft excjnge and the 3 others are IMAP. How can I restores thier calender and contacts. I se a calender birthdays, but all tries to change are rejected.

Du kannst das ausprobieren: Wenn du eine E-Mail schreibst, du kannst mit dem "X" auf den vorgeschlagenen Kontakten klicken und in einigen Fällen wird die Kontaktperson nicht mehr erscheinen.

Neues Profil erstellt. Problem besteht weiterhin: Der Posteingang von TK bleibt "IMAP" und es werden keine Elemente angezeigt. Eingehende Mails werden aber "unten rechts" signalisiert.

Jetzt: Das neue Profil startet nicht mehr. Scanpst der vier .ost Dateien hat einmalig geholfen, jetzt nicht mehr. In den Logs sind Fehlermeldungen:
