I would keep the current Microsoft account and just add an Outlook.com alias to it - that way you only have one account. If you have an outlook.com (or hotmail, live, msn etc) alias on the account already, you can use it to log in.

For most people it is a one-time thing. The new default calendar will be the outlook.com calendar and all new events will be added to it.

The other option is using a utility to sync the calendar with a web account - you don't say which phone - if android, you can use gsyncit to sync calendar & contacts with gmail, yahoo or some other web-based accounts. If you have an iphone you can use the iCloud addin or gsyncit to sync with icloud. Gsyncit is not free but is worth it in my opinion.

The Outlook app on your phone will only sync with calendars stored on a server - that would be Gmail, yahoo/aol, iCloud and outlook.com/exchange.

So, 2 of your 4 calendars will sync to the mobile device.

Local (Only this PC) <== won't sync anywhere

Study <== this is the ics file added as an internet calendar? It won't sync anywhere if subscribed in Outlook desktop software. If you subscribe to it in Outlook.com, it will sync to both Outlook desktop and the phone app. However, there are some issues with calendars subscribed in outlook.com updating, so it might not update after the first time (until they fix it).

Family calendar <== Outlook.com family calendar? This should sync to the Outlook mobile app as an exchange account.

Google Calendar <== this is a subscribed calendar in outlook desktop. the Gmail account needs added to the mobile device as an Outlook.com or Exchange account. If you subscribe to it in Outlook.com, it will sync - but adding the account to the mobile is better, especially since subscribed calendars aren't updating properly for some users.

Hallo Natalia,

ich benutze Office Outlook 365 auf einem Win 10 PC.

Die iCloud Sync benutze ich seit Jahren, die letzte Neu-Installation iCloud ist so lange her (9 - 15 Monate), dazu kann ich nichts genaues mehr sagen. Ich habe das Standard-Verfahren durchgeführt. Das Problem enstand nicht im Rahmen einer Neu-Installation
von iCloud, lediglich Office 365 und Win 10 werden stets automatisch aktualisiert.

Natürlich ist der iCloud Calendar hinzugefügt, ohne den geht es ja nicht (verstehe die Frage nicht ....)
