The form does not exist

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am facing with accessing a Microsoft Form that I created using my old university account, which I no longer have access to. Since I am no longer a student, my access to this account has been deactivated, but the form I created is crucial, as it contains important data shared with my colleagues. Now it says that the form does not exist anymore and it shows this problem number Sitzungs-ID: 36bd0aef-0222-452e-be2a-6ad59aa44712, Korrelations-ID: b7afda56-f82d-47cd-b74c-52d68223bf5f. Is there a way to access this form data? Thank you.

If the company does not exist anymore and the admin portal is closed, then you will not be able to gain access to the onedrive anymore.

 Thanks for your Answer, which do not match my question.
 In Microsoft Bookings exists the possibility that the client gets a reminder message 24h bevor the service.
 This does not work, even the configuration is made.

Sorry but it would be really helpful if the description of the problem were read properly. It is precisely because it is not possible to do this that I posted here in the first place. When I try to do anything with that account it refuses to let me in and gives the error message that the account name does not exist. It does. Microsoft created it. I have no access to it, that is the problem.

Unfortunately there is no option to filter who can try to log into the account. That option simply does not exist.

You may want to consider enabling 2 factor authentication if it is not already.
