Hello. In the IF Function where I set at the beginning a logical test that the given I4 cell is equal to the Array from column Bwhere the array of column C is set if it is true and empty if it is false. It sounds pretty simple, but to me it has different results on different devices. Office 365 gives different results on two different devices. Sway does have a built-in search function for searching for content within the Sway itself as well. When viewing your Sway, it can be accessed via the magnifying glass button in the upper right when editing or via the ... menu when viewing your Sway (Ctrl+f
is the shortcut to bring it up in English, I'm not sure if that's the same or different in German).

If you use the Value function, does that work for you, for example if the long number is in A1 and you want to multiply that by B1, try this formula:

=VALUE(A1) * B1

Hi Felix,

There is not an export/import function in Sway. However, Sways can be duplicated one at a time. If you get the link to a Sway that you want to "move", open it when signed into the account that you want to move it to, and then choose the duplicate command
on the … menu. In order for this to work, the permissions on the original Sway have to be set such that any user with a link can view the Sway. Let me know if this suits your needs.
