Thudnerbolt 4 Hub not detected properly only charging

My OWC Thunderbolt 4 Hub used to work fine and stopped working from one day to another. I know that the dock itself is fine because it still works with a different computer. And I assume that the USB-C port is fine too since the hub is at least charging the computer. I had this issue already a few months ago and I had to reinstall Windows - afterwards it worked. I really don't want to do that again and I really really don't want to do that every few months or weeks. I already tried to reinstall the Thunderbolt 4 driver, I tried a hard reset and of course I plugged the cable in and out multip
