How do I turn a list of email addresses into a group without searching a clicking each and everyone of them?

I have exported a list of blocked senders from each Outlook installation. The lists came out as txt files. Now I want to merge all these lists into one unique list containing all entries of each of the origin lists, but no dublettes. That's the challenge.
It's a private issue of private users of private copies of Outlook.
Imagine, they want to share their black lists in order to use all the same black list.

If I understand you Correctly, you drag a field from the lookup table into a form did makes the record source of the form not updatable and THEREFORE it is "blocked"
Possibly You can therefore upload each a little Example I throw a look at it.

You can either create a new office group for the list or you can create a calendar (or shared mailbox) and give the group permission to access it.

I don´t mean the number of members per group. I mean the number of groups per day, which I can create in one day. Is there limeted?

Hi kookieoxford,

I assume, that you have a german version of the office installed, because that is a german group. So please have a look at:

Datei > Optionen > Erweiter > Sektion: Ausschneiden, Kopieren, Einfügen

There you can adjust, how (with wich format) word will insert a copied text from an other document.
