Unable to log in

I haven’t been able to log in since this morning. Resetting my password didn’t help. Hallo Thomas,

danke für die rasche Antwort. Leider konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Beim Versuch der Installation kommt die selbe Fehlermeldung wie oben beschrieben. Die Meldung des repear tools lautet: "The tool is unable to resolve the installation issue on
your computer. The following logs will be sent to Microsoft for further analyses".

Neuerdings funktionieren "hinzugefügte Konten" nicht mehr: mails kommen nicht an und können nicht versendet werden.

Folgende Info kommt zwei Tage später bei mir an.

Bei Überprüfung des Dienststatus, kommt unter Outlook.com folgende Meldung:

Title: Unable to connect to mailbox

User Impact: Users may have been unable to access their mailbox using Outlook on the web or the Outlook client.

Final status: We've routed connections to alternate components and confirmed that the issue is remediated after monitoring the service.
