Undeliverable emails to emails that do work

Hello,I keep receiving undeliverable email notifications to emails that actually work.A colleague of mine was able to send email to the same address without a problem.Please see screenshot.Please help as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear that you are having issue with sending emails but let us work together to sort this out.

I just want to confirm if you are using work email account or personal email account?

If you are using work email account within your organization, you need to contact your IT Administrator to check if you are listed as Restricted user in Office 365.

No. That’s not what I was asking for. I want to write an email and at the same time define a task where the email belongs to. So, that when I send the email at the same time the task should being defined. At the moment I write and send the email. And then I mark the sent email enter Cmd+Shift+1 and define the task. I want to do that in only one step.

Happy new year and Thanks for reply and information.
What I am trying to do is deactivating Microsoft 365 defender for some email addresses(10-15 emails). Because I have to test the performance of another anti spam tool. Currently 365 defender works for all email addresses and it does not allow me to check other one.

I actually do report each and every phishing email. My problem is the fact that there is no improvement to the filter who, anno 2023, still lets these superobvious phishing-emails pass into my mail box.
