deine Frage habe ich in das outlook.com Forum verschoben, da sie mit den Essentials nichts zu tun hat. Du solltest auf schnellstem Weg dein Kennwort ändern
https://account.live.com unter Erweiterte Sicherheit verwalten, denn du bist einer Phishing Mail aufgesessen. Du kannst im Posteingang -> Zahnrad -> Regeln verwalten eine Regel erstellen die diese Mail
direkt löscht.
