Update from 27686 to 27695 fails

If I try to update to the latest Insider build it rolls back at 2%.Error message 0x80070002According to the internet this is related to wrong date and time settings but I am getting those from time.microsoft.comI allready tried to update it but this did not help.Did a sfc / scannow to no availTried the troubleshooter for updates but no change.Downloaded the build from the net and tried to install via ISO file but I can't do this as the installer doesn't let me keep all my files, apps and settings because I allegedly try to install a build in another verson but I have a german system and I am t
