Username not found / not correct

I just downloaded the desktop apps for Mac after my successful online registration. I wanted to open up word to get started but every time I try to log in it says "username is not correct" and/or "not found". When I try to restore the account it says that my email address is not available and not correct. I tried multiple times closing the app and opening it again but to no avail. This confuses me because I am able to log in online and use Word and all other services via the web browser as well. If someone has had this problem as well I would be very thankful for their help and suggestions

Das habe ich schon gemacht, die Datei existiert weder bei mir lokal, noch im one drive, wenn ich sie in one note anklicke kommt eine seite mit "404 NOT FOUND"

Ich hoffe, dass sich das irgendwie lösen lässt, denn schön langsam verliere ich den überblick

Der Befehl wird nicht erkannt.

Command Not Found Exeption für "GGet-MSOLUser:String"

Die Powershell habe ich wie bisher auch mit
Exchange verbunden.
