It is working for other colleagues, only he can not display the list correctly.Is it caused by wrongly cached data - and is there a possibility to eliminate this by cleaning the MS Lists Cache?What else could be the root cause?BRA.Ziefle

Thanks for asking, I THINK and HOPE the problem is solved. In my applications list, I now only see the Office Home version I actually bought. The system doesn't indicate that there still is an Office 365 installed on my computer. However, when I start Word
or PowerPoint or Excel, the starting logo still says Office 365. As another moderator indicated, this is most likely only a bug and does not mean that I run an actual Office 365 version on my computer. Well, I now just HOPE that Microsoft will not charge me
a suscription fee for a product that I bought in a non-suscription version.

Hi Blessing,
thanks for your quick response. I've attached the screenshot now so hopefully it Is visible. I'm not sure about the exact type of licence I am using but I think it is via my university. my Mac is currently Mac OS BigSur version 11.6.5.
I only have this issue when trying to access data via the Finder on the MacBook, if I go via one drive live in a browser it doesn't seem to happen.
it is not a file that was shared with me, it is one I created and if I check who has access, it does say that I do.
I wonder if it is a problem with using OneDrive via the Finder, is there a way to basically tell it to "re-load" one drive?

So to my research it seems that if you are a subscriber of office 356 then you have the lasso tool available in word. The "normal" office 2019 version of word is not yet capable or does not allow the use of the lasso select tool, only excel and powerpoint.
I hope that this feature is added/unlocked in the office 2019 version of word soon. The only strange thing is that I remember having this tool available once, but now we can only wait until it is contributed in the regular version of word 2019.
