When copying text from OneNote, a screenshot is always copied. I have already searched through the self-help articles, but could not find a solution to deactivate this. The problem only occurs when copying text from OneNote to non-office programs such as WhatsApp or Microsoft Copilot.I use Windows 11So does it look like, when I paste text into WhatsApp.

I'm aware of that. But what's puzzling is that other programs that are only included in Office 365 appear in my applications, e.g. Outlook and Access. So what's operating in my laptop right now is defintely Office 365 and not just an Office Home with a
wrong logo.

Thanks for your fast answer. I received the update with the fix today and copying works as it should again.

If such a problem occurs again, is it also possible to uninstall KB updates when running a subscription? I could not find any updates in the control panel.

Here is the formula that would count the number of ; + 1 in a cell, which if all the persons were separated by a ; would work

(Pleas Note, you will need to replace A1 with the appropriate cell reference)

=LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1,";","")) + 1

However from your screenshot, sometimes a ; is used and other times a , is used to separate the persons names, and in that case, this is the formula you need

=LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1,";","")) + LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1,",","")) + 1

3. When exactly is this issue showing up? For example, at specific times of the day or when you try to implement certain tasks or is there no correlation in when and when not occuring?
