Hello question resent from correct account,My customers are using various Email-Clients and they work fine. Since there is the "New Outlook" available there are some troubles.As we are a Provider, we have written our own ESMTP and IMAP Servers.The Problem is as follows:When setting up the Email-Account the Server from the Microsoft Cloud successfully connects to our Servers and Authenticates successfully, but he does not synchronize the Emails.I have here the Log from the ESMTP Server:465,10519New connection from: [40.99.216.229]40.99.216.229,465 [SSL] >> [220 outlook365.internic.a

Do not understand the questions if you are using Outlook '2019. The screenshot in my previous reply follow the required steps. If that is not what you are seeing when you create a new email message, please provide a screenshot of what you encounter when you create a new email message as was described before starting the numbered steps

Are you using the full feature software/drivers as supplied by the printer maker or are you relying on the default win update drivers, I some how think you are using the latter.

i am running the newest version of both, outlook for IOS and IOS; i have not deleted the accounts but wanted to first check if another option is possible (since several accounts from the same domain are affected)...

So the error happens in new profiles and repair didn't fix it?

Open the address book - either from the ribbon or by clicking on the to button - are all of your address sources listed in the menu?

Hi Franz,

You need to log into Outlook on the web from a desktop computer and find and rename the folders that are conflicting. It's usually the Junk email folder, if the message doesnt say which folder. Right click on the folder to rename it - if rename is grayed out,
that is the default folder. Look for the second one.
