Why do I have to request access to my own page after trying to apply a policy in sharepoint?

Hello everyone, I have been experimenting with policies in sharepoint to automatically delete sensitive information after x amount of time. However, I have faced some difficulties doing so. 1. I am only able to access the policy settings on some sharepoint sites, not on all of them, even though they were all created by me. What conditions have to be fulfilled by a site to allow you to access those settings. 2. When I am able to access the setting and create a policy, I cannot apply it. After defining one and then processing to hit "ok" I get to the "request access" screen, even though it is st

 thanks a lot for your reply.
 I have already tried the link you have mentioned. To use the Microsoft Support page does not work for me. I got forwarded from article to article but it does not fix my problem. Finally I found a MS phone number I called, but without success since the recorded voice recommend as "private user" check the web support page. I turn in a cycle.
 I also spend a lot of time with my Microsoft Account at "payment and billing". But always I got forwarded to the Microsoft Support page.
 So, I wrote the above request to the community to see if someone can help.

Is there a way to put all 6TB into one account - for me there is no need to have a second or third account - I will use these 6TB for my own.
So this would be a way to overthink my decision.

my computer is not preloaded with office 2010 so am trying to download it first but can finish the operation. is stoping exactelly at the last step. Now i have uninstall the the run and clkick program so that i can switch to Msi based by running to run singleImage
using the advanced option. After choosing the 64 Bit and waiting for than 1 hour till the download is complete. after that is not giving me any option of entering my product key. am stok and dont know what to do next.

if i posted in this forum is because am leaving in germany now but my deutsh is not yet very good. tkx
