<br />finde heraus, welches Betriebssystem auf deinem Rechner installiert ist und wende dich dann besser an den Hersteller des Add-Ins:

Hallo Lisa,

ich habe mir die Links mal durchgelesen und ein Mitarbeiter von Refworks hat mir versichtert, dass das Programm nun auch mit Word 2010 kompatibel ist. Ich vermute es liegt an der Installationsart von Word.

"Please note that Write-N-Cite may not work with Word 2010. It does not work if the "Click to run" version of Office is installed on your computer. This "Virtual" version of Word is not compatible with many Add-ins"

Da der Laufzeitfehler sich mit "Microsoft Visual Basic" ankündigt, nehme ich an, das hier das Problem liegt. Wie kann ich Word denn "anders" installieren?

Also anders gesagt brauchst du den Ordner-Struktur ins Word/Excel einzutragen.
