Windows 11 permanently stuttering after update

Hello. After yesterday's update for Windows 11 KB5022287 my system stutters in an intervall of about 2 times per second. The doen't move for a frame or two and then jumps to "catch up".I suspect a graphics driver issue, as the problem doesn't occur when booted in save mode. However, deleting and reinstalling the driver does not fix the issue.I'm using a nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and their game ready driver.Is there anything i can do to fix this issue or do I have to wait for a Windows update to fix it for me?
