Windows 11 - Problem mit Subscription Activation

Ich habe aktuell ein Problem mit der Windows 11 Subscription Activation. Was könnte der Grund sein?Einige Infos:- Die Geräte sind Azure AD Joined kein AD- Die Geräte sind provisioniert mit Autopilot- Windows 11 Pro Lizenz ist aktiv- Die entsprechenden Benutzer haben Microsoft 365 E5 Lizenzen, wir sind CSPMeiner Meinung nach sollten die Geräte automatisch eine Subscription Activation durchführen und Windows 11 Enterprise aktivieren? Oder habe ich etwas übersehen?

 Bitte prüf die Information über Aktivierung von Windows 10/11 Abonnement im Artikel.
 In diesem Szenario sollen die Active Direktrory Benutzer, die sich bei diesem Gerät anmelden, mit Azure AD synchronisiert werden.

Hallo Manuela,
 unter Windows 11 habe ich nur Office 2021 installiert. Zwei andere Office-Versionen laufen unter Windows 10. Falls du mir dein Dokument zusenden magst, kann ich testen, ob das Problem auch mit Word 2021 unter Windows 11 auftritt.

hat jemand schon eine Lösung gefunden?
Ich habe das Problem seit dem ich auf Windows 11 geupdatet habe, bei Windows 10 hat noch alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Ich denke doch, dass es ein Thema für IE 11 und Office 365 ist. Ich habe es mal auf meinem Windows 8.1 mit IE 11 in einer VM getestet und bekomme das gleiche Problem. Also es liegt nicht am Surface, sondern am IE 11.
