Windows Account could not access to local office Apps‎

Moin alle zusammen,wir haben die Problemen mit lokalen Office 365 Apps bis jetzt 6 User von 40, alle habe verschiede Kanäle - Aktueller, Monatlicher und Halbjährlicher seit Anfang April, es tauchen die Meldungen bei Outlook, Word und Excel auf, dass Kontofehler vorhanden ist und die Anmeldung repariert werden soll, wenn man versucht die Anmeldung zu reparieren passiert nichts, es startet ein weißes Fenster und verschwindet aber sofort wieder.Es wurden einige Ansatzlösungen ausprobiert,&

Habe Office reinstalliert, leider ohne Erfolg, habe noch mir dem Tool (sieht ziemlich gleicht aus..)

die Anmeldeinformationen resetet, und scheinbar wurde MS-Konto bei Word angemeldet, aber die Word zeigte "Nicht lizenziertes Produkt"
Benutzer bekommen weder Fehlermeldung noch sonst irgendwelche Meldung, man wird einfach das Anfangsfenster (wo man sich entweder anmelden kann oder aber das Produkt mit Key aktivieren kann)

Guten Morgen,
Bitte folge hier Punkt 2 :
Deinstallieren von Office auf einem PC - Microsoft-Support

Option 2 in diesem Artikel mittels SaRA den PC ganz sauber deinstallieren - Lizenzen für M365 haben meist das sie auf mehr als einem Gerät verwendet werden dürfen - bis zu fünf pro liz. PC Laptops Smart devices . wenn man nur einfach deinstalliert auf windows bleiben die Token für diese Zählung erhalten also verbrauchte Lizenz auf einem von 5 Geräten ist weg.
und dann über User account zu M365 sich einloggen den Butten apps installieren MSI wird durchgeführt und token als auch Konto Informationen werden wieder berichtigt eingespeist

die Schritte wurden ausgeführt, es bleibt leider dabei, das Produkt als unlizenziert gilt.

I understand your concern is regarding possibility of your company being able to access your data on Personal OneDrive.

Please find my answers in the same order:

1. If you have enabled sync from your personal OneDrive to local folder and your company has any rule/policy enabled to scan/access your local files, then they could possibly access those files.

2. Folders that are 'Online' available only will not be accessible as they would need your credentials to access.

3. Admin will not be able to login to your Personal OneDrive as that would also require your credentials.
