Windows Update CPU Usage and RAM Usage High

Dear Community,After the latest Windows Upgrade I experience massive problems with RAM and CPU Usage especially from Teams and Skype 1 GB RAM usage each.Does someone else have the issue combined with an HP G8 Laptop as my colleagues have?Could IT BE THAT MICROSOFT DOES NOT PROPERLY TEST THEIR PRODUCT?Is the Scheduling/Throttling messed up?Thank you in advance.

Hallo Pauline,

dass es schon ein englisches Forum für die Mac-Version von Office 2016 gibt, war mir bisher nicht bekannt. Nach einigem Suchen konnte ich dort eine eine Diskussion finden, wo das Problem als Intensivnutzung der CPU diskutiert wird. Bis es einen Fix gibt,
werde ich mal die dort vorgeschlagene Lösung versuchen.

Ich konnte das Problem selbst lösen nach weiterer Recherche. Es liegt scheinbar an dem Update "KB3114717".

In der Systemsteuerung "Programme und Features / Installierte Updates" habe ich das genannte Update deinstalliert. Nun bleibt die CPU-Auslastung im normalen Bereich und rast nicht mehr nach oben, wenn man beginnt zu tippen.

"It seems like the problem was caused by KB3114717 on most of these, removing the update fixed the issue. Some of the servers are still having odd CPU usage issues that don't have that update but we're looking in to that as well. We have a case open with
MS but honestly they haven't been super duper helpful."

Hatte das gleiche Problem und auch noch das es dauernd abstürzte wegen CPU Usage > 300%. Ich konnte das Problem beheben mit Downgrade auf 15.21.1. Siehe:
