Word: Create appendix with automatic numerotation using "numbering"

Dear community,I successfully create numerated appendix using numbering and creating a list as shown bellow:but I have an issue with the formatting of the style. I do not know how to remove the space automatically added in the style marked in yellow.Please note that my paragrapher setting are set to 0:How can I solve this issue?

Unfortunately there is nothing automatic to do this, but I do agree it is a good suggestion. I would recommend submitting this as feedback using the in app help menu.

Note, your code puts your textbox, not in-line-with text, in the top right corner of your document. If that is where you want it, the building block can create it there.

You still have not explained why you want to do this with a macro.

I know of no way to, using vba, directly insert a content control mapped to that node. someone else may. The only way I can do it is using a Building Block.

Oder möchtest du einen langen Text schreiben und dann in Word einen Knopf drücken, sodass unwichtige Passagen gelöscht werden und nur wesentliche Wörter stehen bleiben?

Das funktioniert nicht.

Hi Charles,people should not use "Neue Liste mit mehreren Ebenen definieren" ("Define New Multilevel List").Instead they should use "Neuen Listentyp definieren" ("Define New List Style"). Alternativ they can chose "Neue Formatvorlage" ("Create a New Style"), Style typ: List.I think, the translation of your answer is misleading:A multilevel list does not apply outline levels.  You are correct and I have learned something new. Thank you. I have updated my article on headings not appearing in the navigation pane to reflect this. I also changed my page on using Outlining, adding Numbering Levels and Outline Levels are not the same thing.
 In the work I did with the sample, I did assign the outline levels to the paragraphs using the Outline view. I then modified the styles to match formatting.
