Hi Felix,

There is not an export/import function in Sway. However, Sways can be duplicated one at a time. If you get the link to a Sway that you want to "move", open it when signed into the account that you want to move it to, and then choose the duplicate command
on the … menu. In order for this to work, the permissions on the original Sway have to be set such that any user with a link can view the Sway. Let me know if this suits your needs.

<br />What I think what you should do is to contact the admin if you are not the admin and do an extended message trace to see the delivery status. Run a message trace and view the results in the Exchange admin center in Exchange Online | Microsoft Docs.
<br />This error means that external email forwarding is disabled by your admin, so with the message trace status, we can understand why you get the Non Delivery Report. Also you get an confirmation is the external forwarding was disabled.
