1803 on Surface Book

1803 on the original surface book is the most unreliable version yet. i keep updates deactivated but i was forced to do an update from 1709 (running perfectly fine, until mouse and keyboard ceased to work).

now, in tablet mode, settings app crashes after a few seconds and needs a reboot, i cant swipe from the top to close apps and some apps freeze from time to time.

all i want is just a stable win 10 and i certainly would like to avoid os updates at all cost. instead, we get "amazing new features" every now and then that may or may not work, along with unpredictable flaws. what if i have actual work to do with non-uwp software that does not necessarily co-operate seamlessly with every version that randomly comes along (pro tools, no i don't want to work on mac os)?
