Hallo there,I have a problem with sending emails from outlook.com to our support-email provided by zendesk. in7.pod29.euw1.zdsys.com rejects that email with a 554 error.I'm reaching out to the community because Zendesk couldn't help me. They said that problem shouldn't be on their side. ich bin einen Schritt weiter: ich habe Fehlermeldungen in Outlook gefunden.
Die Fehlermeldungen sind in "Persönliche Ordner" unter Posteingang gewesen und nicht in dem selbst angelegtem Ordner.
Folgende Fehlermeldungen habe ich:

550 5.1.2 Cannot resolve your domain {mp001}

Folgende(r) Empfänger kann/können nicht erreicht werden:

554 5.7.1 <*****@***>: Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied

Folgende(r) Empfänger kann/können nicht erreicht werden:

Die Mails gingen alle an den gleichen Empfänger...

Mittlerweile funktioniert es wieder nachdem ich mein webgo24.de Konto auf IMAP umgestellt habe.

How did you receive confirmation of this purchase?

That email ID that receive the purchase confirmation, use that email to activate Office or contact Lenovo Germany support to give you directions on how to install and activate the subscription you purchased from them.

Thanks a lot for the reply! If you dont mind, I would like to elobarate my question in english. First problem is that I would like to add a word document (coverpage) to my word document. This coverpage is already prepared. But I have to merge this two word documents. How is it possible? The second problem is when I add a header in the coverpage, it appears in the other pages also. How can I fix the header just in the first page? Third problem is that I have deleted some references in the bibliography, when I update the bibliography, the deleted references don't disappear. How can I fix it?

Sicher dass es die Email-Adresse noch gibt?
