Account nicht authentifiziert

Hallo seit heute kann ich mich uber mein iphone x nicht nehr in outlook einloggen..komischerweise hat er dies verlangt, schreibt aber gleich meine email-adresse falsch, die und das passwort gebe ich richtig ein, drücke dann auf „ja“ um der app den zugriff auf meine infos tu erlauben und dann sagt er dass meine emailadresse nicht ubereinstimmt...?

Ganz normal über die iphone email app

nur dort gibt es plotzlich probleme, online kann ich mich noch anmelden

aber auf dem handy wurde ich gestern plötzlich rausgeworfen und jetzt geht es garnicht mehr..

Wie gesagt die beschriebenen schritte

ich öffne die email app und dann wird angezeigt dass ich mein passwort neu eingeben muss, wenn ich das machen will zeigt er komischerweise nur meine halbe emailadresse an und dann geb ich diese und das psswort richtig ein..bestätige die zugriffe auf die
infos und dann sagt er geht nicht obwohl alles richtig eingegeben war

ich war ja immer über diese app vom handy angemeldet, versteh nicht wieso er mich gestern rausgeworfen hat und jetzt geht es nicht mehr

- Kannst du auf das betroffene Konto im Browser auf https://outlook.live.com/ ohne Fehler zugreifen?

- Welche Domäne hat das betroffene Konto?

- Mit welchem Protokoll (z.B. POP, IMAP) hast du das eingerichtet, dass die App Zugríff hat?

- Welche Schritte fühst du aus, um zum Problem zu kommen?

Und wie hast Du Dich authentifiziert? Ich kann nix finden und bei mir funktioniert es auch nicht...

Hallo, ich habe mich über verify und auch über das Konto mehrfach authentifiziert. Es hat nichts gebracht. Ich bekomme immer wieder die Meldung "sign in".....
