Activation process for RD User CALs

Hey guys,We're experiencing an issue while trying to activate CALs on a licensing server.The automatic connection seems to work fine, but we have no idea where to find what the name of our licensing program is nor what exactly the Agreement number is We probably have the right one, but there's an "S" before the numbers, is that part of the agreement number or not? nor what product version we'd have to select, is it the RD session host server which has to be that server version? These are the licenses we have in VLSC.I'm already confused at this point, because the last time licenses were orde
