Aktivierung Office 2013 Home and Student

Guten Tag,

habe (Windows 7) mir das Office Paket bei einem externen Anbieter besorgt, habe ein Microsoft Konto eingerichtet, den Aktivierungscode eingegeben, er wurde von Office anerkannt.

Sobald ich Word o.ä öffne und das Konto bestätigen soll, kommt die Aussage "Wir haben keine Office Produkte für dieses Konto gefunden". Dabei habe ich nur dieses eine Konto.

Wer kann helfen?

Beginne dort die Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student.

Soweit die Aktivierung via Internet nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden kann, wähle im Aktivierungsassisten nach Aufforderung die Option zur telefonischen Aktivierung aus. Nach Auswahl deines Standortes wird dir eine Telefonnummer angezeigt. Führe die
Aktivierung telefonisch durch.

Wähle bitte aus Deutschland die Telefonnummer 089/24445093 und folge den automatischen Ansagen.

Nach Eingabe der Installations-ID (Schritt 2) wird dir eine Bestätigungs-ID ausgegeben.

Gebe im Schritt 3 die Bestätigungs-ID ein.
