Anmeldung Office Mobile Word, Excel, PowerPoint und OneNote nicht möglich

Hallo Community,

das Anmelden in die im Betreff genannten Applikation funktioniert auf meinem Huawei P20 Pro (EMUI 8.1) mit einem O365 Business Account leider nicht.

Es kommt die nachfolgenden Fehlermeldung:

Über OneNote "Anmelden nicht möglich. Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal."

Über Word, Excel und PowerPoint "Die Aufgabe kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Bei Office ist ein Problem aufgetreten."

Lustigerweise funktioniert die OneDrive und SharePoint App ohne Probleme.

Die Suche in der Community hat mich leider nicht weitergebracht, deshalb habe ich mich entschiedenen einen eigenen Beitrag zu erstellen.

Ich würde mich über jegliche Hilfe sehr freuen.

Hallo,

du kannst das Office 365 auf dem Windows Phone nur nutzen, wenn du eine Business Version von Office 365 hast. Die Anmeldung erfolgt dann über das Office 365 Konto. Wenn du keine Business Version von Office 365 hast, kannst du nur die normalen Office Apps
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) nutzen. Hier meldest du dich mit deinem Microsoft Konto an. Weitere Informationen zu Office Mobile findest du hier:

Hallo,

nein, dazu gibt es die mobilen Apps aus dem Store. Word, Excel, PowerPoint und OneNote. Die Outlook App nicht zu vergessen.

du kannst die Office 365 App auf dem Windows Phone nur nutzen, wenn du eine Business Version von Office 365 hast. Die Anmeldung erfolgt dann über das Office 365 Konto (Schul- oder Organisationskonto). Wenn du keine Business Version von Office 365 hast, kannst
du nur die normalen Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) nutzen. Hier meldest du dich mit deinem Microsoft Konto an. Weitere Informationen zu Office Mobile findest du hier:

Diese Funktionalität steht in Office for Mac 2016 nicht zu Verfügung.

Die Office 365 App auf dem Windows Phone kannst du nur nutzen, wenn du eine Business Version von Office 365 hast. Die Anmeldung erfolgt dann über das Office 365 Konto (Schul- oder Organisationskonto).

Wenn du keine Business Version von Office 365 hast, kannst du nur die normalen Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) nutzen. Hier meldest du dich mit deinem Microsoft Konto an. Weitere Informationen dazu findest du hier:
