Guten Morgen

Ich musste mein Lumia 950xl am Wochenende mit einem Hard-Reset wieder herstellen. Die neue mobile Builde 14951 hat Probleme mit Outlook (Kontakte waren nicht mehr da) und mit einige Funktionen gemacht. Ich war im Fast-Ring des Insider-Programms und muss diese Probleme in Kauf nehmen.

Was mich aber mächtig stört, ist die Tatsache, dass wichtige Apps verschwunden sind. Ich habe eine PhotoTan App für mein eBanking, leider wurde diese von MS einfach gelöscht. Da ich mein Gerät angemeldet habe, komme ich ohne die Hilfe der Bank nicht einmal mehr an mein Konto! Die App CrontoSign wird von kleinen Banken für Onlinebanking verwendet.

Neben dieser App sind auch Apps, die ich bezahlt habe einfach verschwunden z.B. schneller Lesen. Wie geht das zusammen? Ich bin seit Sonntag dabei zu prüfen, ob ich den Weg von IBM (Beitrag WinFuture) gehen soll. MS treibt seine "treuen User" geradezu in die Arme der Mitbewerber.

Kann man überhaupt etwas gegen das Löschen der Apps machen?

P.S. Dafür werde ich von MS immer mit der blöde Candy Crush App geplagt, versteht MS das unter Business?

Ich habe bis heute über den telefonische Service keinen erreicht.
