Blue arrow and strange mail grouping

Hey guys,we're using Outlook with Version 2008 Build 13127.20616. For some strange reason, messages within groups to which multiple people replied are grouped together with a blue error see screenshot and the message is displayed such that the original message is at the top and the replies are all underneath chronologically swapped. I couldn't find any setting to change this behaviour. Also, the "View" tap is not shown, when a group is selected in the sidebar. Is there a setting for this and if so, how is this feature called?Thanks and best regards,Michl

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this arrow never appears and I can't drag the grey area. I know that this works in word, but in this e-mail it doesn't seem to work that way.

ja und hier sitzen auch menschen am laptop die sich zu tode nerven wenn mann über 1000 mails einzeln weiterleiten muss -.-

das ist doch n **** ich muss über 1000 mails einzeln weiterleiten das dauert ewig aus meiner sicht ist das eine riesige zeitverschwendung wenn mann viele mails weiterleiten muss

Bitte versuche folgendes.

Leider liegt mir das nur auf Englisch vor.

Step 1: From your Inbox, swipe the screen to the right, or tap on the small arrow in the upper-left-hand corner.

Step 2: Tap on the up arrow next to your account nickname to bring up your list of accounts and the "Add account" option.

Step 3: Tap on the "Add account" option and follow the steps to add your new account
