<br />I did chat with a Microsoft Support Agent back than and he could not help me. He told me, that a support representative would call me and we scheduled a timing. Unfortunately, nobody called me.

Now that's what I call real support! Although I do not like to change things manually in the Registry, your tip appears to do the trick. I cannot believe this is not the default setting for Outlook. Now, I only have one mail in my Inbox that should be in
my archive. In other words, the oldest mail in my Inbox is dated Sept 15, 2017, and the most recent mail in my archive is dated Oct. 12, 2017. Logically speaking, it should be Sept. 14, 2017. Do you have any explanation for this weird behaivor?

I am sorry but I don’t understand why your code works perfectly. I thought to have read that numbers do not need quotation marks and lngProductID = Me!lstBox2.Value is a number that is read out from a form that is open at the time the code is run.
I have even less appreciation for the ampersands, but if they do the job they can stay where you put them.

To look further, could you please provide me with the screenshot rename error or pop-up that you get.

Do you get this error due to an invalid filename? Also, have you prompted to change the file name on your PC or online?
