Cannot insert a picture into a word signature line

I was able insert a picture into a signature line in my Word document, until a couple of days ago. Now when I try to select a picture from my computer it does not do anything no more. Just like if the button would not work no more. It does not give me any error or notification. Nothing happens.Could it be that my company locked the use of this functionality?Is there anyone with similar problems? Thanks for help!All the best

das Problem ist offenbar durch ein Update verursacht. MS arbeitet an einem Fix.

Du kannst aufhören zu suchen. MS hat uns mal wieder geholfen und es verschlimmbessert.

As of the April 2017 product update, Microsoft disabled the ability to insert Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) graphics into Office documents in order to make Office more secure.

After the update, you may still see EPS listed as one of the available file types in the Insert Picture dialog box, but if you choose an EPS file, there will be no warning or explanation, but the file will
not be imported or it will be imported as a box with a red-x graphic and a message about how the picture cannot be displayed.
