Cannot install Office on Mac 10.13

Hello everybody and I am sorry for my English!

I bought office 365 and I cannot install it on My MacBook Pro 2016 with 10.12 System .

Can I not have Office? There is no update on the system from Apple available.

Can you please help me?

Hi Ron, you need to deactivate your previous Installation and then re-install Office 2016

Go to https://office.com/myaccount and sign in using your Microsoft account, if prompted

Select Install

Under Install information, locate the Mac which Office was installed on

Select Deactivate Install to deactivate the Office installation

Then, click Install to install Office

Microsoft Office 2019 unterstützt die aktuelle Version von Mac OS und zwei Vorgängerversionen, somit Mac OS 10.13 bis 10.15. Für eine Rückgabe wende dich an deinen Verkäufer, nach Zuordnung der Lizenz zu einem Microsoft Konto ist diese regelmäßig

ausgeschlossen.

Mit einer Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2019 kann Microsoft Office 2016 für Mac nicht installiert werden.

Auch Microsoft Office 2016 für Mac unterstützt nur noch die aktuelle Version von Mac OS und zwei Vorgängerversionen, somit Mac OS 10.13 bis 10.15. Hier steht noch eine spezielle Version zur Installation bereit, eine erfolgreiche Installation und Aktivierung
kann nicht garantiert werden.

Ich empfehle auf die aktuelle Version von Mac OS zu wechseln.
