Cloud Voicemail licence/transcription

Hi at all, I've got two little questions for you: We want to use Microsoft Teams Phonesystem in our company. Therefore we need the cloud voicemal feature. 1 Is Cloud Voicemail included in i.e. Business Premium or do we need a phone system licence to use it? 2I have noticed that there is some kind of transcription feature inside teams for cloud voicemail. How do I activate it? It worked 6 months ago in german but nowadays not.

Um das Thema abzuschließen. Call im Test-Account aufmachen bringt etwas Klarheit - auch wenn ich das Gefühl habe das die Themen CloudPBX und Cloud Connector für PSTN-Anbindung noch nicht so häufig eingesetzt werden.

Wenn Office 365 Business Premium und CloudPBX gewünscht, muss auch noch Skype for Business Online Plan 2 zugebucht werden. Dann kann man die CloudPBX als Add-On buchen (bei der Lizenz-Zuweisung dann beim "Business Premium"-Plan die "Skype for Business Online
Plan 2" ausschließlich und dem User den Standalone-Plan hinzufügen). Diese Option ist günstiger als E3. Möchte man allerdings auch noch Voicemail haben, braucht man auch noch "Exchange Online Plan 2" - und das alles zusammen ist dann teurer wie E3.

Lösung:

E3 + CloudPBX + Cloud Connector bzw. Skype on-premise im Hybrid-Mode (für lokales PSTN).

Weitere CALs für Skype for Business on-premise sind dann wohl keine mehr nötig (wenn die User in SfBOnline verwaltet werden), da durch E3+CloudPBX abgedeckt. Aber das natürlich ohne Gewähr.

Zusatzinfo:

In der DE-Cloud gibt es (noch) keine Cloud-PBX, kommt "in Kürze" (wann auch immer das sein mag). Wer Cloud-PBX will muss zwingend in die internationale Cloud (oder muss warten).

Hallo Thomas, mein Laptop ist noch kein jahr alt und ich hatte beim Kauf Microsoft Office 2013 drauf und es hat immer funktioniert. Nach dem Update auf 8.1 ging nicht mehr. Office lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen, es kommt immer die Meldung keine Licence.
Jahrelang lief es immer solang ich die Pc hatte unter XP Vista und 8.0 und jetzt keinen Key oder Licence Bitte gib mir eine Antwort. Gruß Jutta

Microsoft Office 2016 Pro Plus is a volume licence version of Office, not a consumer version, where did you obtain that licence, was that from a 3rd party retailer or through the HUP with an employer?

Hi Clarence,
 I bought the licence from a third-party provider and made a note in my licences at the time. There I noted "See OneDrive account". Unfortunately, this means I don't have a key.
