Copilot for Sales is missing in the new version of Outlook.

Hello, I have a problem with the new version of Outlook. I cannot see and the plugin for Copilot for Sales in the ribbon. Last week, before I switched to the new version, I was still with the old version of Outlook and I didn't have this problem. I also switched multiple times between the old and the new version and every time when I switch to the old version the plugin is showing and working. But when re-switch to the new it disappears. Please help I need Copilot for Sales for my work activities. Thank you in advance.

i use the newest version of both: outlook is the newest version and my mac also is updated to the newest. outlook still greyed out when i want to add a task.

And after starting the setup for the new Onedrive synchro I get the message from Onedrive setup:

"A newer Version of onedrive is installed - you have to deinstall this before you install this version" ??

i am running the newest version of both, outlook for IOS and IOS; i have not deleted the accounts but wanted to first check if another option is possible (since several accounts from the same domain are affected)...

We are aware of an issue where the HTML formatting of emails is displayed incorrectly in Microsoft Outlook for customers who use the KOFF add-on to integrate Outlook with KerioConnect.

The root cause of the problem is the latest Microsoft Office release (version 2205) which was released on May 24, 2022. Microsoft’s code changes impacted the functionality that KOFF uses to display HTML formatting.

The GFI engineering team is already working on a new version of KOFF to restore HTML formatting.

In the meantime, there are two workaround options:

1. Downgrade Outlook to a previous version. Please follow Microsoft’s guidance on how to revert to an earlier version of Office.

2. Temporarily stop using KOFF and switch to an ActiveSync or IMAP integration. Please read our manual on how to create an Exchange ActiveSync account in Microsoft Outlook.

We will provide an update once the new version of KOFF is available.

thanks for your support and for trying... maybe I wasn't clear enough abut "The New Outlook". I was talking about the Preview that is currently being offered.. so the "new, New Outlook"-
